Frequently Asked Questions

Honest, direct answers to the questions our Florida City patients ask most.

Everything You Need to Know

Do I need insurance to be seen?+
We accept most major commercial insurance plans and Medicare. We also accept credit and debit cards for self-pay patients. Not sure if your plan is accepted? Call or WhatsApp us — we'll verify before your visit so there are no surprises.
How long will I wait for an appointment?+
Same-day and next-day appointments are often available for urgent concerns. Walk-in visits are accommodated where possible. Booking in advance is recommended for routine physicals and annual exams.
Is the clinic bilingual? Do you have Spanish-speaking staff?+
Yes. Our entire team communicates fluently in English and Spanish. You will always be fully understood here.
What should I bring to my first appointment?+
Bring a valid photo ID, your insurance card, a list of current medications and dosages, and any relevant prior lab results or records. Arriving 10–15 minutes early helps us complete your intake smoothly.
Can I bring my entire family — children and adults — to one clinic?+
Absolutely. We provide care for patients of all ages, from newborns to seniors. Your whole family receives consistent, coordinated care under one roof.
How do you handle chronic conditions like diabetes or high blood pressure?+
We create individualized care plans incorporating regular monitoring, medication adjustments, lifestyle guidance, and follow-up visits. Our goal is not just to manage your condition — but to help you achieve meaningful improvements in your quality of life.
Is the clinic accessible for patients with mobility challenges?+
Yes. Our Florida City location has a wheelchair-accessible entrance, accessible parking, and an accessible restroom.
What if I need to see a specialist?+
Our physicians coordinate specialist referrals as needed and maintain follow-up oversight to ensure continuity of care throughout your treatment journey.
Are telehealth or phone consultations available?+
Please contact our office at (786) 377-0120 or via WhatsApp to inquire about remote consultation availability.
What are your hours, and how do I book an appointment?+
We are open Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Book via our Contact page, call (786) 377-0120, or WhatsApp us.
Do you accept walk-in patients?+
We accommodate walk-ins, especially for acute concerns. To minimize wait time, we recommend calling ahead or booking online.
How do I get my lab results?+
Your provider reviews every result and contacts you directly. No result goes unreported. Call or WhatsApp us if you haven't heard back within the expected timeframe.
Can you manage prescriptions from a previous doctor if I'm switching care?+
Yes. We request your prior records and review your full history before continuing, adjusting, or renewing existing prescriptions.
What happens if I need care outside of your office hours?+
For emergencies, call 911 or go to the nearest ER. For urgent non-life-threatening concerns, we recommend urgent care centers. During office hours we prioritize same-day urgent appointments.
How does the clinic protect my privacy and medical records?+
We are fully HIPAA compliant. Your information is never shared without your explicit consent. You may request copies of your records at any time.
